I have a broad business and computer background which allows efficient indexing in a wide range of subjects. My background includes computer software testing, technical writing, and project management in the telecommunications, help-desk, banking, income tax, healthcare billing, and real estate industries.

Areas of competence include, but are not limited to, accounting, business, computers, genealogy, real estate, textbooks, and travel.
